What the service is
Water Damage Pro Houston, a d/b/a of Dominion Digital Group, operates a free phone line and this website. The line answers calls with an automated assistant and connects callers with independent, locally owned water damage restoration companies in greater Houston. It is not a restoration, plumbing, roofing, mold, construction or insurance business. It does not inspect, extract water, dry, remove mold, repair, quote, schedule, bill or handle insurance claims.
The restoration companies are independent
Any company you are connected with is a separate business. It is solely responsible for its inspection, estimate, work, licensing, insurance, pricing, scheduling, conduct and billing. Any agreement for work is between you and that company, or between that company and your insurer if you arrange that. The line does not employ, supervise, license, certify, rate or guarantee any company, and does not verify licenses or insurance. Referral fees
Calling the line is free. A referral fee may be paid to the line by restoration companies. The line never charges callers.

The line is intended to answer at all hours, but phone systems and companies can be unavailable. The line cannot promise that a company will answer, call back or come out at any particular time.

To the extent the law allows, Dominion Digital Group is not liable for the acts, omissions, work, pricing or conduct of any restoration company, or for any loss arising from use of this website or the line. Use of the site is at your own risk and is provided as is.
